I was so tickled to visit Houzuki (Houzuki no Reitetsu) because my first reaction was, waaah, what's that on your head!? Electrifying electrodes! XD Actually, no, he didn't transmogrify on his own overnight. He just happened to be standing right in front of a machine with those electrodes. ;D
