With the mii population on my island at 75, I've become selective about which miis should have kids. I see myself playing the game for a long time, but I don't want to max out the 100-mii limit. I want the population to remain a dynamic one. Change is good. It keeps things fresh and interesting. I do delete move miis out when I feel I need to. Kids are a rare indulgence since I can no longer make them travelers. Now, every time my miis have a kid, I feel obsessed about documenting every little scene, I stalk the family for screenshots at all hours of the day and night. XD

YAY! Teppei (Kuroko no Basuke) and Niizuma (Bakuman) have a son now. Their first-born. And Teppei is doing most of the babysitting. He's such a hands-on Dad. It's heartwarming to see. 8)

I was shocked to get a message from one of my travelers! I thought I'd lost all of them forever. The last time I heard from Ariana was way back in October. Wow. I hope she makes it to the next island and sends a letter home about it. I miss all my travelling kids so much. 8(

Kids really do grow up too fast on TomoLife. Heiwajima (Durarara) and Nozaki's (Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun) son, Nicholas, now lives in his own apartment on my island. I don't think I will ever let any of the kids become travelers anymore, since everyone who played this game seems to have gone on to Pokemon and Monster Hunter. I've not heard from my travelling kids for a long time. Pretty sure they're marooned in abandoned games. 8(

Dylan, who is my very first in-game born mii (his parents being my self-mii and Teppei), wanted to be a grown-up. So I gave him the age-o-matic and, um, he's grown up now. And very tall! I think he's become the tallest mii in my game. XD

Babies in TomoLife are like babies in real life. You don't get to do much with them. I do like babysitting them when they're toddlers though, since you get to spin them around until the parents tell you to stop it before the kid gets dizzy. Heh. They do grow up too fast. Now that hardly anyone plays the game anymore, I am loath to allow them to travel. So my married miis have fewer babies.

Today, Sanzo (Saiyuki) tugged at my heartstrings when he said what he did about his son, who is all grown up and living in his own apartment on the island. I can empathize because my own son is already living in the university hostel, and I do miss him and look forward to when he comes home for the weekend.

I find it very satisfying to be able to see my miis go through the motions that constitute daily life, like making lunch in their kitchen or eating a meal with their family in their Mii Homes. It makes them real. It feels like they are, really, living their own lives. 8)

I moved Damian into his new apartment, gave him new clothes and food, and when I clicked on his thought bubble for the very first time, this is what he said! *feels warm and fuzzy all over*

His dad is Sendo (Slam Dunk). Later, I spotted Sendo playing video games with his son. So sweet!

I had fun playing with Damian! He's Sendo (Slam Dunk) and Kuroko's (Kuroko no Basuke) firstborn son. I liked how he's smiling when I pick him up and then his eyes go all wide and googly when I start spinning him around. Heh. Kids are fun. Way more fun than babies. But maybe that's just me. 8)

Alyssa is my prettiest baby to date. She's the daughter of Miyuki (Diamond no Ace) and Casca (Berserk). I like how the game has given her a skin color that's between Miyuki's light tone and Casca's dark one. I didn't hesitate to make her a permanent resident on my island since very few people here are playing the game anymore. Travelers hardly have a future, apart from disappearing forever once trapped in an abandoned game. 8(

Different travellers do different things while in their tents. Some have a camera, others have a teddy bear or a sketchbook. I like how the ones with a teddy bear also have a separate sleeping bag for their travelling companion! 8)

I love the way a kid traveler jumps up into the air when they're super happy. It always makes me smile. And the things they say! 8D

Child miis can fall in love. In my game, it's happened to Enma Ai (Jigoku Shoujo) and Austin (Mephisto and Kiichi's son). This is a first for me in two ways: my first romantic couple who fell in love as kids and my first romantic couple involving a kid who is a second generation mii. But kids can't get married, so I aged them up first. 8)

They had a beautiful wedding and honeymooned in France. Live happily ever after, Ai and Austin! 8D

He proposed at the train station, she accepted, and now my self-mii is married again! XD It's Sanosuke (Rurouni Kenshin). Wow, why is she so lucky!? XD Her ex, Teppei, didn't turn up for the wedding but her two sons did. That was great to see. Their honeymoon destination was Cambodia. I sure hope she stays married this time. 8P
